Contract and proposals are reviewed to ensure that customer requirements are determined and met with the intention of enhancing customer satisfaction. this review will ensure:
- The requirements (including statutory and regulatory requirements) are adequately defined and documented;
- Any differences between the contract or accepted order requirements and those in the tender are resolved;
- That Carleton has the capability to meet the contract or accepted order requirements, and thereby, satisfy the customer;
- Contract changes are correctly transferred to the functions concerned within Carleton.
This process applies to proposals/contracts and change orders for existing/repeat orders
