DIRECTOR OF CONTRACTS AND COMMERCIAL (Orchard Park, New York): Minimum requirements - Four year degree or higher (legal degree preferred) and experience of managing the commercial elements of complex and challenging projects. Knowledge of the contract development process, contract terms, and conditions is mandatory. Successful candidate will develop and ensure the implementation of commercial strategies, policies, and practices to be in line with Company objectives. The incumbent will be a liaison with the Business Development team and customers during the preparation of bids and quotations. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing the Company’s cost and pricing policy, managing the Tender Vetting and Contract Acceptance process, and providing advice to all company departments on the best commercial practices to be adopted to achieve their business objectives. Experience of US DoD and export contracting is ideal.

FACILITIES MANAGER (Orchard Park, New York): Minimum requirements – Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering field or Facility Management and at least three years experience in the operation of a 92,000 square foot plus facility that largely operates 24/7. Position requires knowledge of Federal, State, and Local regulations as well as ISO9001, ISO14001 knowledge. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. CAD and PM experience is required including setting standards for the Preventative Maintenance program and budgeting. - The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the care, operation, and maintenance of a 92,000 square foot facility with the strong possibility of at least two future expansion programs in the parking lot and building. The incumbent will lift up to 50 pounds and assist with efforts throughout the facility as warranted. Responsibilities also include performing appropriate regulatory training.

PROJECT COST ANALYST (Orchard Park, New York): Minimum requirements – BS/BA Degree in Accounting or Finance and three years experience in financial related field preferably for a government contractor. Qualified candidate must be detail oriented, have accounting/finance knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Position requires multi-tasking as well as the ability to adapt to changing requirements. Candidate must possess a high level of analytic problem solving skills. Proficiency required in Microsoft Excel to build and maintain large spreadsheets. – The candidate will support the Cost Accounting Manager, Finance Director, and individual value streams by providing cost and billing information on programs and evaluating profitability of those programs. The incumbent will be the primary contact for Oracle Projects module including maintenance of projects, billing in Projects, and extracting cost information for the value streams as needed. Responsibilities include weekly and monthly close of Oracle Projects module, monthly invoicing for cost plus programs, participation in month-end close process and reconciliation of project inventory and various other accounts monthly. Additionally the candidate will assist the Cost Accounting manager in production of a monthly sales and gross margin report and assist business managers in preparation of quarterly estimates to complete, identifying problem programs as soon as possible. Position supports product pricing activities as necessary, year-end audit and government audits when necessary, and participates in annual budget and quarterly forecast preparation. Earned Value Management System knowledge is desired as well as experience in Oracle.

Mentoring of junior design engineers is also a critical aspect of this role. An understanding of electro-mechanical and pneumatic designs is desired. Electrician/HVACR Technician (Orchard Park, New York): Minimum requirements – High School Degree and three to five years experience in electrical and HVACR work. Qualified candidate must be well versed in the National Electric Code, have working knowledge of the Energy Management System, OSHA and other safety procedures. Position requires ability to read prints and schematics and the ability to use a variety of electrical and refrigeration test instruments and equipment. Candidate must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to interface with employees within all levels of the organization. Ability to troubleshoot and maintain the building electrical system, maintain/repair the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and assist the Gage Lab with the electrical and refrigeration on the various test stands. Additionally the candidate will run conduit and pull wires while adhering to a high standard of quality and safety. Moderate to heavy physical demands at times. Possible hazards associated with electricity and high pressure gases and refrigerants.
