DESIGN ENGINEER (Orchard Park, New York): Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME preferred) and 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have component design experience preferably with fluid flow applications. Position will include finite element analysis, statistical design and static/dynamic modeling experience working under supervision of an engineering manager. Other responsibilities include working to resolve design related sustaining issues as well as participating/leading new product design programs.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Orchard Park, New York): Minimum requirements – Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace preferred) or Finance Degree and a minimum of five years experience in Aerospace or DOD contractor environment. The position supports continuous improvement, breakthrough improvement activities. Responsibilities also include contract review, customer management, program management and cost.

PROCESS ENGINEER (Westminster, Maryland): Minimum requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with three years manufacturing experience. Lean Six Sigma knowledge is required as well as the ability to work in a team environment. Must be proficient at optimizing manufacturing processes using statistical and analytical engineering techniques, possess knowledge of DFMA tools and knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic systems. This opportunity will develop tooling, gauging, and test equipment for new processes and will develop and maintain all process documentation. The incumbent will utilize Best Practice Lean Six Sigma tools to develop and improve processes to achieve quality, cost and delivery improvements.
