E-11005 Fiberglass "FRP" cylinders:
The Departent of Transporatation (DOT) requires all FRP-1 composite cylinders to be tested every 3 years. The test must be performed on or before the last day of the month preceding the month of manufacture. The example above requires testing on or before the last day of June, 2005.
